Here are some of our most asked questions:

1. Why do I have two, three shipping charges?

We get our inventory from several different sources, including our own stock at our retail location. When purchasing multiple items there is a chance that you are ordering from several different locations. We have distributors from Texas, Lousiana, and further. Each of these locations charge us a flat rate shipping fee of $12.95-$14.99. We understand the confusion this may cause, and we typically only charge an extra shipping fee of $10.95, less than what we are charged, to recoup some of the cost of this.

2. Does the website inventory reflect your in-store inventory?

No, not typically. When looking at an item on our website you will see one or two availablity check marks:

Available Online means the item is in our distributor warehouse, and does not mean we have the item in our retail location.

Available In-Store means the item can be purchased through our website, AND is available at our retail location. Please note that inventory changes constantly and the item may not be in stock by the time you make it to our store, so please call ahead or order through our website and select "Pick Up In Store"

3. I'm bidding on a Gunbroker auction but I live locally, can I pick it up in store?

Absolutely, this will save you the shipping fees and we encourage it if you live locally.

4. Do you offer Layaway?

Yes, only for in-person sales at our retail location. We cannot do layaway for Gunbroker / Online only sales.

5. Can I transfer a gun to you?

Yes, please refer to our services section of our website.
